Whether you're seeking information, to manage stress, cope with anxiety or depression, or simply enhance your overall wellbeing, you'll hopefully find it here.

 

You can dive into the interactive tools and videos, or follow personalised online programs designed to meet a range of needs. Each resource is grounded in evidence-based practices and developed by qualified mental health professionals. Importantly, many of the suggested resources are available free of charge or at minimal cost.

These quick tests will screen for symptoms of depression and anxiety, providing you a score that reflects your level of distress, and identify where you are sitting on the mental health continuum.

This free assessment takes approximately 20 mins to complete, and will ask you questions about your emotional and physical symptoms. Results are immediately provided, enabling you to either choose a call with a therapist or self-enrol in treatment.

The Butterfly Hug (3:23 min)

A grounding exercise that uses bilateral stimulation to bring you back to the moment and calm your emotions. This is especially helpful for anxiety and trauma triggers.
